With 30 years of experience in the security industry, Farmer is a driving force in strategy, sales, and market expansion. He thrives on connecting with people, gaining fresh perspectives, and tackling challenges collaboratively. Farmer successfully spearheads our sales team, concentrating on growth strategies, new market penetration, and delivering world-class solutions to a diverse customer base. 

Matt is an experienced leader with a 22-year career focused on strategic development and delivering measurable results. He has brought the worlds of Supply Chain and Logistics together with Real Estate to initiate market-leading innovations and growth enablers. By helping to standardize processes that create real value, implementing innovative solutions, and identifying potential gaps in the market, Matt is a key driver of change at PTI Europe. 

Davenport oversees the research, development, and implementation of new technologies for operators, dealers, and tenants.  For the past five years, he has worked to increase innovation and efficiency in the self-storage industry with a hands-on approach to creating strategic solutions that resolve customer pain points.

Tanner is a fiercely competitive team player passionate about the concept of collaborative work. He has been a student and practitioner in the skill of leadership for over twenty years and believes servant leadership provides the sustainability and scalability needed for improving business results. His mission is to serve PTI employees any way he can so that, as a team, we can achieve aggressive goals as we grow the business.

Reeder is passionate about cohesively aligning all the marketing levers to both tell PTI’s story and deliver exceptional brand experiences.  He strongly believes that today’s companies need to work harder at earning customers, and providing relevant content when and where they want it. Reeder provides a robust Martech stack and a broad understanding of the evolving digital playground.

Brinson has a deep passion for HR with a strong background in Strategic and Organizational Management. He enjoys building long-lasting relationships that influence positive change in the workplace. Brinson has previous self storage industry experience, most recently working on the HR Team at Life Storage. At PTI, Montavious works with highly organized in creating a positive work environment to help employees achieve one collective goal.
